With an aggregate GFA of approximately 530,000 ㎡. It is adjacent to Jinghai Station and Ciqunan Station of Beijing Subway Yizhuang line, connecting Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Beijing-Tianjin Expressway, Fifth Ring Road, Sixth Ring Road and many other main traffic thoroughfares.

Beijing Mobile E-town Innovation Center combines leading Park planning and designing concepts from both home and abroad to build a humanistic, green and smart center. In the form of architecture, the project is human oriented with emphasis on emotional experience. It takes the form of enclosed layout, green axis scenery and ecological network structure and highlights the environmental protection, energy saving and ecology. The center is consisted of office buildings, residences, commercial facilities, conference center, hotel and integrated service buildings.
